Welcome to POPwrist. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at popwrist.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by POPwrist (“POPwrist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
1. General Conditions
We may, in accordance with applicable law, refuse or cancel service at any time (e.g., for fraud prevention, misuse, or risk control). You understand that non-card content you submit may be transferred unencrypted across networks and adapted to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Card data is processed by PCI DSS–compliant providers and is not stored in full on our servers.
2. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
Information on the Site is provided for general purposes only. We are not responsible if information on the Site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance is at your own risk; consult primary sources where needed.
3. Pricing, Orders, and Availability
3.1 Prices and changes. Prices may change without notice.
3.2 Offer and acceptance. Placing an order is your offer to buy. A contract forms only when we accept it (e.g., by sending an order confirmation or a dispatch notice).
3.3 Payment timing. Your card/PayPal is charged at checkout. Some banks may show a temporary authorization hold that clears automatically.
3.4 Limits and cancellations. We may limit or cancel orders per person, household, account, card, or address. If we change or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email and/or phone provided at checkout.
3.5 Obvious errors. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors (e.g., mispricing, description, or availability). If an error is corrected after payment, we will cancel and promptly refund you in full.
4. Products and Colors
Some products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We try to display colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device’s display is accurate. Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
5. Shipping, Taxes, and Risk of Loss
5.1 Estimates. Delivery times shown are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier operations, weather, or other events beyond our control.
5.2 DDP. For most destinations we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis—import VAT/duties and standard customs-clearance fees are included in the price at checkout. Local authorities may request basic information (e.g., ID number or a short confirmation) to complete clearance; this is not an extra fee.
5.3 Risk and title. Risk of loss and title pass upon delivery to the shipping address shown on the carrier’s proof of delivery.
5.4 Undeliverable/forwarders. We are not responsible for loss or damage after delivery to freight forwarders or due to incomplete/incorrect addresses provided by you.
6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it (email, billing details, card expiration, etc.) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
7. Third-Party Links and Materials
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or materials. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating such content and assume no liability for third-party materials, products, or services.
8. User Comments, Reviews, and Submissions
If you submit any reviews, comments, photos, or other materials (“Submissions”), you grant POPwrist a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from the Submissions in any media for marketing, customer support, product/service improvement, and other lawful business purposes. You also permit us to sublicense these rights to our service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, advertising, email delivery).
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in your Submissions; they do not infringe any third-party rights, contain no confidential information, and do not include personal data of others without their consent. Submissions may be publicly visible; please do not include sensitive information.
We may moderate, edit, refuse, or remove Submissions at our discretion (e.g., illegal, infringing, misleading, obscene, spam, or off-topic content), and we have no obligation to use, host, or return any Submission. We do not provide compensation for Submissions. We may display your first name/initials or username with your review and may contact you to verify purchase details or clarify feedback.
If your Submission is an endorsement or you received consideration (e.g., discount, free sample), you must clearly disclose this as required by applicable laws and advertising standards (e.g., FTC endorsement guides).
You may request deletion of your publicly displayed Submission; we will remove it from active display where feasible, but cached/backup copies may persist for a reasonable period. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
9. Personal Information and Privacy

10. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Information in the Service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability). We may correct, change, or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or its content for unlawful purposes; to infringe intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to introduce malware or interfere with security features; to collect personal information of others; to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; or for any obscene or immoral purpose. We may terminate access for prohibited uses.
12. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty (Summary; See Policies)
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy (30-day window from delivery; change-of-mind returns: customer pays return postage; refunds to the original payment method; RMA required before sending any item back).

Warranty (summary). We provide a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. DOA within 7 days of delivery: we will replace or refund after verification. Service is mail-in and an RMA is required before shipping any item to us. Until our dedicated Warranty & Repairs page is published, these terms—together with the instructions provided by our service team and the Warranty & Repairs section in our FAQs—apply. 13. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable. Except as expressly stated by us or required by law, the Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POPwrist and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless POPwrist and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, governmental actions, labor disputes, power or internet outages, carrier or logistics interruptions, or customs delays.
16. Age and Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have parental/guardian consent to use the Site and make purchases.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
18. Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use the Site and notifying us. If we believe you have violated these Terms, we may terminate access at any time without notice. You remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date.
19. Entire Agreement; No Waiver
These Terms and any policies posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement between you and POPwrist regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or communications. A failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide you Services are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Unless local law requires otherwise, the courts located in Shenzhen, PRC will have jurisdiction.
21. Changes to These Terms
You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We may update or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on the Site. It is your responsibility to check periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
