Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date.

Eligibility for returns

To qualify, items must be returned in resellable condition:

  • Unused and unworn, with tags/protective films intact

  • In the original packaging (box, manuals, accessories)

  • For stainless-steel straps, any removed links must be reinserted
    A valid order number/receipt is required.

Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Do not ship items without an RMA; unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused.

How to start: email [email protected] or contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos/video. After verification, we will replace/reship or cover a return for a refund.

Return shipping & fees

  • Change-of-mind returns: Return postage is paid by the customer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • EU/UK statutory right (within 14 days): We refund the item price + the least-cost standard delivery charge; return postage is at the customer’s expense (unless our error).

  • Our error (defective/wrong item): We cover shipping both ways or arrange a free reshipment.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Custom or personalised items (e.g., engraving), missing parts, or items returned used/worn beyond trying-on

  • Anything returned without original packaging or beyond the return window
    If unsure, please contact us before sending a return.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. (Subject to stock availability.)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you of approval and issue the refund to your original payment method.

  • Your bank/PayPal may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.

  • If an item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, we may deduct a reasonable amount for diminished value in line with our policy (EU/UK: permitted where use exceeds what’s necessary to check the item).

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you haven’t received the funds, please email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp.
