RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Trying on items like watches, rings, or bracelets for fit is allowed, as long as the product remains undamaged and in resellable condition. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved. Alternatively, we may facilitate a direct exchange depending on availability.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
