SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you place an order during weekends or holidays, it will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with the tracking number to track your shipment.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $39. Orders below this amount will incur a standard shipping fee.

DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery times for select regions are as follows:

  • Europe: Estimated delivery within 9 business days.
  • North America: Estimated delivery within 7 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseeable circumstances. All dates listed are based on orders placed before 12:00 pm to allow for same-day dispatch.

TAX, VAT, IMPORT FEES

The shipping rates on our website do not include any local taxes, VAT, import duties, or other shipment clearance costs. We work with carriers that typically handle both import and export customs clearance, meaning in most cases, you will not need to pay additional taxes or fees upon receiving your order. However, we cannot guarantee that customs authorities in your country will not impose taxes or duties. Any additional charges required by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

INSURANCE

POPwrist provides insurance coverage for every shipment. Please note that you may be required to sign for your package upon delivery.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refused packages or those not received due to issues such as incorrect addresses, refusal to pay import duties, or undeliverable addresses will be refunded once returned to our warehouse. Refunds will be issued less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We offer free shipping for orders over $39. However, we do not ship to APO/FPO or PO BOX addresses. A valid physical address is required to process your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If your shipment is lost or damaged, please notify POPwrist within 10 business days so we can initiate a tracer with the shipping carrier. Once the carrier completes their investigation, we will issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be provided. For incorrect items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to correct the issue.
